The Cake Break (which also included a few butties, sausage rolls and goats cheese tart etc) did brilliantly yesterday. I did it at a meeting at work and asked for voluntary contributions. Far more than I expected was donated and I was very pleased - thanks to everyone who contributed. The cheque got sent this morning.
I went to the gym after Cake Break as I was full of motivation. Unfortunately very soon after the 5km mark I once again caught the emergency stop cord and came to a halt. Never mind.
I'm in Leeds for 3 days this week so I have to endure the M62 in the morning. If I get an early finish on Thursday I'll call in the gym on the way home, but I won't be upset if I can't!
